How long will my order take to arrive?
After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing (Monday–Saturday), plus 6–10 business days for delivery. That's a total of 7–13 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships. See our Shipping Policy for more.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over $60 ship free. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We deliver exclusively within the United States to all 50 states.
Where are orders shipped from?
To offer the best variety and pricing, we partner with an international fulfillment network. Your order may ship from overseas and is delivered to your door by USPS for the last mile. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my package?
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched. Use it on our site or the carrier's portal. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. No restocking fees. Read the full policy here.
How do I return an item?
Email support@valenta-fashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Don't send anything back without approval first.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The exception is when we made the mistake — if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll cover the return costs.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Absolutely. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Once your original item reaches us and passes inspection, the replacement ships free. Contact support@valenta-fashion.com to start an exchange.
My order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item. What now?
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@valenta-fashion.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, the order is likely already being prepared for shipment and you'll need to follow the return process once it arrives.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed in USD.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Banks may need a few extra days to post the credit.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have my package. Help?
Start by checking with neighbors, family members, and any sheltered areas around your door. If it still doesn't turn up, contact the shipping carrier. If they confirm it's lost, get in touch with us for a resolution.
