Shipping policy

This policy explains where we ship, costs, delivery times, and what to do if your parcel is lost.

1. Where We Ship

Valenta Fashion ships exclusively within the United States, to all 50 states. All prices and totals are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Costs

Orders over $60 ship free. Orders under $60 ship at a flat rate of $4.95. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, with no hidden handling fees.

3. Fulfillment & Origin

To offer competitive pricing and a wide selection, we work with an international fulfillment network. Your order may ship from a warehouse outside the United States and is then delivered to your door by USPS for the final leg.

4. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, followed by 6 to 10 business days in transit, for a total of 7 to 13 business days from purchase. Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off are queued for the next business day.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to become active after the label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address, including any apartment or unit number. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address, and reshipping costs may apply. If you need to change your address, email us within 24 hours of ordering, as we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 business days, or if it has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch. Once the carrier confirms it is lost, we issue a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office before contacting us.
